Dear Guests, it is our great pleasure to welcome you. On behalf of the whole team and myself, I assure you that we will do everything we can to make your stay at our Resort a good one and leave you with only pleasant memories.

Terms of the Magic Camping resort in Lubniewice, run by MAGIC CAMPING Sp. z o.o.

Stay rules

The stay day runs from 3:00 PM to 10:00 AM the following day.
Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and do not cover group events organised by the Resort or by companies renting the Resort.
People not staying at the Resort may be on its grounds from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Guests inviting visitors are responsible for their behaviour and any damage.
Vehicles may be parked only in the designated car park. One space is assigned to each cabin, and a fee applies for every additional vehicle according to the price list.
Reception is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Recreational and sports equipment is provided according to the rental terms.
A person renting water equipment bears financial responsibility for sinking or damaging it and uses it at their own risk, as do accompanying persons. Life jackets are mandatory, and the person renting is responsible for them. We do not rent equipment to people under the influence of alcohol.
Use of the beach, the pier and the bathing area is at your own risk, observing water safety rules.
The Resort is not liable for theft of valuables or money left in the cabins, nor for vehicles parked on the grounds.
When leaving the cabin, the Guest checks that doors and windows are closed.
The Guest is financially liable for damage caused by them or by their visitors.
For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters, irons and other electrical devices that are not part of the cabin equipment is forbidden.
Items left behind by a Guest are sent to the address provided, and without such instruction we keep them for one month.
Taking equipment out of the rooms is forbidden.
Drying mushrooms in the cabins is forbidden and carries a fee of 50 PLN. There is a drying room on the grounds.
Smoking is forbidden in the cabins, and breaking this rule means covering the cost of repainting the rooms.
The Guest is obliged to: read the terms, settle payments and registration, keep the place clean and tidy, use the equipment properly and follow fire safety rules.
People under 18 may stay only under the care of adults.

Pet terms

The dogs and cats of our Guests may stay at the Resort under the rules described in the terms, with a fee charged according to the price list.

The Resort does not provide food for animals.
Up to date veterinary checks and vaccinations are required, confirmed by a health record.
Walks with the animal take place outside the Resort grounds.
The owner cleans up after their animal.
The owner supervises the animal and prevents hazards, including towards other animals.
Animals may not be on the Resort bedding.
The owner is liable for damage caused by the animal.
The Resort may withdraw from the agreement if the animal disturbs the peace and quiet hours.
