Privacy policy
We care about the privacy of people who contact us and use our site. Below we explain who processes your data, for what purpose and what rights you have.
Data controller
The controller of personal data is MAGIC CAMPING Sp. z o.o., ul. Leśna 1c, 69-210 Lubniewice, Poland, tax ID 429-008-18-64. For matters concerning your data, write to info@magiccamping.pl.
What data we collect
We process the data you provide yourself in the inquiry form or when subscribing to the newsletter: name, e-mail address, phone number, the content of your message and stay details if you share them. When you use the site, we also store basic technical data such as your IP address, needed for the service to work and stay secure.
Purposes and legal basis
- Handling your inquiry and contact about a booking, based on our legitimate interest and steps towards concluding a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Sending the newsletter, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
- Keeping the site secure and protecting it from abuse, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to entities that support us technically, in particular our hosting and e-mail providers. They process the data only on our instruction and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
The inquiry form and the newsletter sign-up are protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit a form, Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic browser data to check that the submission comes from a human, not a script.
Google Maps
The contact page and the pages of our resorts embed Google Maps. When you open a page with a map, Google receives your IP address and may store its own cookies in your browser. Google describes its rules in its privacy policy at policies.google.com.
Data transfers outside the EEA
Cloudflare and Google are based in the USA, so the technical data described above may leave the European Economic Area. Both companies are certified under the Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection.
How long we keep data
We keep inquiry data for as long as we need to handle the matter and for the limitation period of any claims. Newsletter data is processed until consent is withdrawn.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to object and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe we process your data unlawfully.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies. Details are described in a separate Cookies policy.
Contact
For all matters concerning personal data, write to info@magiccamping.pl. We will reply as soon as we can.
